We may collect account details such as your name and email address, producer profile information, movie and artwork uploads, watch progress, reviews, preferences, and records needed to support payments and subscriptions.

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide streaming and recommendations, save watch progress, process transactions, review uploaded content, send service notifications, prevent abuse, and improve Sinii.

Payments are processed through our payment provider, such as Paystack. Sinii does not intentionally store complete card numbers or payment authentication details. Payment providers may process information under their own privacy policies.

Movie files, images, and related media may be stored and delivered through infrastructure providers such as Amazon Web Services and CloudFront. We use service providers only as needed to operate and protect the platform.

We may share information with trusted service providers that help operate Sinii, or when required to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect users, or prevent fraud. We do not sell personal information.

Sinii uses necessary session and security cookies where required by the platform. The frontend may also use browser local storage for authentication state, preferences, and dismissing notices. We do not currently use advertising or behavioral tracking cookies.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information. You can also contact us about account deletion or privacy questions.

Sinii is not intended for children who are below the minimum age required to use online services in their location. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate permission.
